Never mind - solved my own issue. Put the google apis in the wrong order.

I copied the code from http://www.w3schools.com/jquerymobile/tryit.asp?filename=tryjqmob_collapsible and it will not work using chrome on windows nor chrome on android. Any suggestions?Thanks
