I have fixed the problem it looks like i forgot to put <style> around my css.

Well i used background-image as I'm trying to make a parallex affect on my website. I will provide some code later as I am currently not on my computer.

When I code css and html none of my images are showing up when I test the website. I have done everything I can do. I tried a different software to code on, I have tried to use different methods of getting the image to appear. Even created a blank site and just added a image but nothing would show up. I would be really grateful if you could help me as it is really holding me back from creating websites.
