I recently created a form on my website and I was hoping that it would email me the results in an orderly, and specific way. However upon testing it, it only brings up the user's email, and sets it up in a HORRIBLE way. I currently use a service to get my form information, however I was hoping to achieve similar results ON my webpage and not a third party website. I want the form to send in browser (if that makes sense, not just open the user's email client and set it up for them like the "mailto" option does). Here is what I have so far.
