i cant create a new asp.net web application in visual studio 2003, the following message appears:the web server reported the following error when attempting to create or open the web project located at the following url: 'http://sdg_svr/2373/labs/webapplication1'. 'a connection with the server could not be established'.im very new with asp.net any help will be very much appreciated
