  1. Website disclaimer for a simple online game I am new to web development As part of my development, I am creating a free simple word guessing game ( with a hint) using javascript. The word is retrieved from a server (a servlet on the server) using ajax. I do not use any cookies or sessions. I plan to put this on my website. Apart from the game, the website will not contain anything else. Do I need a disclaimer on my website for this? If so, is below sufficient Disclaimer: The online game and any information on this website is given to you in good faith. You are using this website at your own risk. I will not be liable for any damages and losses caused by using this website. I would appreciate any help
