    regarding see http://www.w3schools.com/aspnet/mvc_publish.asp Item#3 of the ASP.NET MVC 3 publishing/deployment directions (Copy the DLL Files) specify copying everything to the applications /bin directory on the webserver from both of the following folders C:Program Files (x86)Microsoft ASP.NETASP.NET Web Pagesv1.0Assemblies and C:Program Files (x86)Microsoft ASP.NETASP.NET MVC 3Assemblies but before this step takes place existing .dll's for the application are already copied to the webserver. I have two questions: Am I suppose to overlay modules if they already exist in my applications /bin directory on the webserver? and What folders do I reference if I am using MVC4 not MVC3?
