Hei Guys, w3schools is so awesome. I learned a lot About webdesign but now I've been comming to an end. On my Webpage I got a Nav-bar with jquery-buttons that hide/Show divs. So here Comes my Question. Is there any solution to save the visibility Status of These divs when user adds my page to bookmarks? Is there any solution to make last Status of divs available via browser button BACK? I was reading About this Problems some time ago but was not able to figure out were. I'm really open to any solution. Even a complete redesign of the page is possible if the solution is better. Thanks a lot. Manuel

I started to follow the https://www.w3schools.com/w3css/w3css_navigation.asp navigation page. However the menu I want required a bit more - with a few SELECT fields and a form. My page is here :- http://newtib.kwister.com/ The menu at the top (marked in HTML code as <!-- NEW MENU --> works fine. On big/medium screen - it is the same, However on a small screen (mobile) I see a small button which says "HIDE MENU". This is OK. & when I press the button, the menu hides itself. PROBLEM: within 1-2 seconds of pressing the button, the menu reappears. I am wondering if someone can assist with finding a problem with the script ? (on a mobile). if Div is hidden, show it it if Div is visible, Hide it I have TWO divs (one underneath). Which shows another button. If one div is hidden, the other div is visible. its supposed to swap when the buttons are pressed..

Hi there, I’m a newbie in coding HTML, CSS (very poor in JS) and I would like to make a responsive navbar like that: https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_js_topnav_responsive.asp (here the code: https://www.w3schools.com/howto/tryit.asp?filename=tryhow_js_topnav). My question is, when the navbar is in “responsive mode” and when clicking the menu button (right side in the example), is it possible to produce a "fade in/out" effects in order to display the menu items? Thank you in advance for your time and for any help you can provide. Sergio

Hi guys, I need to work with "m³". The function in my script gets a value from a selection. I have 10 seletion options. It works fine with 9 of them, just the "m³" doesnt work. I read something about unicode, but couldn´t find the right one (if it exist für ^3). I also had a look at the w3 js pages (number, math), but that didn´t help too. if (abc == "m³") { var variable = "m³"; document.getElementById('show').innerHTML = variable;} Thanks for your hints, Chrex
