Sending Email After Echoing

Does Anyone know how to submit the information that is stored in $_Post["name"] and $_Post["age"] on the welcome.php page shown in the example on this web site under PHP Forms. What I'm trying to do is have one page for a user to enter information on a form, name age ect., then have that information "echoed" onto a preview page, such as welcome.php. If any information is in correct, then they can use their Broswers [<Back] button to correct it but if it is correct then click on a submit button to send information on the welcome.php to the webmaster via an email. I'm using "NMS FormMail". I tried it but it is not work. "Name" and "Age" are NOT SENT!!! Does Anyone know how I can make this happen
