justsomeguy Posted February 9, 2017 Share Posted February 9, 2017 It's common to put basic configuration in an include file. You'll need an include file anyway for database connection details, so you can either add your other config options to the file or you can save them in the database and then have a GUI in your program to change them. If you want people to be able to log in and change various settings, those settings should go in a database.
