Generally you need to be able to decide what a page should look like before you start writing code. That's what image editors are for. You could draw out your design on paper as well. James_Purcell Posted December 15, 2017 Share Posted December 15, 2017 No, because you need to create and experiment with graphical tools like G.I.M.P to create the separate graphical elements and layout before cracking on with code.
