Templates for beginners

Hi does anybody know a web page that has easy Templates that you can copy/learn from them for web Design beginners.

i found this page by the name OS Templates,

but most of these are still difficult for me ,so i was wondering if there is a similar page like that but just with easier Templates

im learning how to use HTML and CSS

and this one seems fairly easy compared to the others on this site.

Im trying to find similar to this one ,long story short im trying to learn HTML/CSS

but its very difficult for me right now ,so i was wondering if there is a page that had easier Templates to learn/copy from

I have mixed feeling about this. Yes the web is filled with example code, and yes, you can search for example code, or you can right-click on any webpage and view the source, but as a beginner the first thing you need are probably tutorials that explore one topic at a time.
