justsomeguy
Windows doesn't use Unix permissions. You'll need to give access to the Windows user account that the web server is running under. I'm not sure what Apache uses, but for IIS that user has the prefix IUSR. You'll need to right-click on the folder you need to give access to, go to Properties, go to the Security or Permissions tabs, and add read and write permissions to that user. justsomeguy
According to the Apache manual, it looks like Apache runs under the LocalSystem account.

justsomeguy
That doesn't make sense. You should find a better translator.
