Introduction to w3.js

interesting. seems like it could be an easy way to introduce newbies to libraries and frameworks without the overhead of something like React or Angular and the ceremony that usually accompanies them. That said, jQuery is pretty modular these days, so not sure what niche this particular lib would fill.

Can w3.css claim to be w3.css only! With no javascript or jquery framework? When you look at w3lib.js examples they seem very similar w3.css examples for tab swapping etc, when it claimed it was css only, when it is obvious without the javascript provided in template examples they would not function, and just sit there doing nothing.
