proudly
When I for the first time run the Apache and the MySQL, using the control panel ,everything was ok. After that I stopped the server and the database I cosed my laptop. The day after I found that Apache and MySQL were still running. When I tried to stop them a message of the UAC (from NET) come up. Is there something I have done wrong?
justsomeguy
They might be set to start on startup. The UAC message might just mean that you need to be an administrator to start or stop those services.

justsomeguy
From doing a little research, it sounds like XAMPP has a config button in the top right where you can change the startup options.
proudly
yes I know , but all the checkboxes are unchecked , see the fille
justsomeguy
Then it sounds like they will not automatically start, so that must not have been the original issue. Maybe you didn't stop them correctly.
proudly
No, I'm using the stop button, then I'm checking if they are stoped and they are stoped. When I restard the lapttop I find them to be again running.
justsomeguy
I'm not sure what to tell you, if all of those programs are not running and they are not set up run on startup then they should not run on startup. I suspect they are still running, you can verify that with the task manager.
proudly
on that picture you can see the status of the control panel when I have close all the servers. It seems to me that all had been stopped. Hear is the comment on that screen : "Status change detected: stopped"
justsomeguy
Right, it looks like it stopped. So if you reboot your computer now, is everything listed as started?
proudly
yes , when I restart my computer I find it to run. For some reason it stars automaticaly when I start my computer, but the autostart checkboxes are unchecked. Somewhere in an config file there must be a setting that I dont know.
