I tried to validate the web page and yet again the same two errors appeared. 1) Line 3, Column 16: Element noframes not allowed as child of element head in this context. (Suppressing further errors from this subtree.) 2) Line 3, Column 16: The noframes element is obsolete. Use the iframe element and CSS instead, or use server-side includes. Could these errors be generated because of the web host i am using?

I always try and get any web pages i construct validated but for some reason the webpage has two problems for which i cannot find a remedy for. 1) No characater encoding found! Falling back to utf-8. But i did include <meta charset="utf-8"> in the head of the webpaage? 2) The noframes element is obsolete. Use the iframe element and CSS instead. Or use server-side includes. The extra row of boxes were the result of a typo which i have now corrected. I have now also closed all <td class="blank"> with the required </td>. Big thanks to you both for the help and explantion. Sadly, i don't fancy Brentford to win the playoffs. Although if they did win i would be the first to congratulate them.

If you should look at my web page i am in the midst of constructing you will notice that i have added "Home" and "Away" above the two main columns. And although they are in the position i want them i haven't got a clue how i managed to achive it. I have used "colspan" to get the desired result. Would really appreciated it if someone could tell me if i have coded this correctly.
