Cant move my image and jquery menu up

Good day,

 

I am new to CSS and jquery.

 

I have an hmtl5 page with inline styling.I have a grey background menu tab, with a jquery menu over the image.

 

I am trying to move both up right underneath the blue header line.

 

Any assistance with this will be greatly appreciated

 

Note: the image and html is attached.

 

The imge name is: menu-banner.png

The jquery dropdown menu navigations is: #nav
