hisoka Posted June 12, 2015 Share Posted June 12, 2015 I have a web server Apache installed in my computer with PHP of course and I want the text file file whose name is zone.txt to be opened in my URL like this : when I put this URL in my browser http://localhost/zone.txt my browser displays the zone.txt for me . If the zone.txt file is located in the document root directory then it will be displayed under localhost. The directory might be named www, or htdocs, or public_html or something else depending on how your server is set up. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
