Where or what?

DreamWeaver is quite good as well, but rather expensive. FrontPage is not so good, but it comes with some editions of MS Office so you may have it. Google "WYSIWYG web" (What You See Is What You Get) :)

Dreamweaver is as explained excellent. It also has validating tools on the file menu. There are tools that transform HTML markup to (X)HT(ML) markup like the HTML Tidy project. That is as far as I know the tool recommended by W3C to clean up your web pages. <digression>You should also be aware of the W3C Technical Reports and Publications that describe most of the XML family of technologies. Web 1.0 can be reduced to the following least common denominator HTML + URL + HTML browsers. Web 2.0 can be reduced to the following least common denominator XML + URI (IRI) + XML browser. </digression>
