Well, since tutorials can only go so far. We should have maybe live video classes. I don't know what its called but there is this thing that allows us to take videos of our screen in webcam form so we could have a lesson once a day. Maybe one of us could do it, whoever specializes in whatever subject on aim or something. It could be as simple as just learning bits of PHP or JavaScript. Scripting is hard to learn in a tut because the syntax is accquired by seeing someone else do it.

That's a pretty good idea actually, there are times on the tutorials where they'd say here's how you apply it, see the changes? And it's like one of those books that try to teach you to draw, there's a stage where there's a rough image and the next stage is completely finished and polished. blink.gif

I'm sure it will be beneficial.

Maybe we could do that, if we could figure out how to get a live video feed, my uncle at certschool.com does video classes for his project management degree students.

But this isn't a "class" website, just a tutorial site. Plus it takes too much time for the owners, which are already busy enough.

Not like we ask the owners, just us making a fraps video with the text or voice record with fraps, or any screen rocorder and upload to a videosharing website and make the link for this lesson, on veoh for best quality.

So why not just open a Tread on the forum where you can post a link to your own vid tutorial or others... but wouldn't what be like post a link to another tutorial page and that is not allowed as far as I know. Well thats my thought anyway.
