I think it's best to wait a bit to see if that result holds. It's reasonably likely that it will given the trend, but even so it would be a bit premature to say it had happened from one single result.

These sites all have some connection/affiliation with M$-centric stuff so it is safe to assume they are conservative numbers, that is, the truth would be a bit lower number. This is not to criticize this site at all but .net and such are likely to get more hits from that OS.

I think it is the trend that is important. This is just a milestone.

Sorry if you misunderstood the statistics, but it is accounting for this site's users ONLY. So that why it may seem inaccurate, the truth is you can't code very easy on a mac, and coding on linux rocks, but it also does on windows...
