I want to learn web design more of design layouts, navigation, etc. Can some one please suggest a good site to learn these stuffs?

The best way to learn about site design and navigation is to simply browse the web and have a look at how other people design and layout their websites. It's useful to make a list of good and bad things you se on the sites you visit and then plan your website around these points. You can get tutorials and guides on how best to design and layout a wesbite but these are always someone elses opinion.
