This place could really use a tutorial or something about programming concepts in general. Topic 1: debugging. People are being taught how to copy and paste code but not what to do when it doesn't work.

Interesting... however, a lot of newbies read the tutorials as they are "linked", not as they need them or feel curious about (not me though... I read on a "need to know" basis plus curiousness and have always been that way).

Having said that, in which tutorial(s), and in what part would you suggest that a link to this "Programming concepts" tutorial would be?

Probably in the intros for all tutorials dealing with actual programming languages, e.g. Javascript, PHP, ASP, SQL, etc. It probably wouldn't apply much for things like HTML or CSS.
