Maybe you can just put a link back to them and maybe put some text saying how they helped you and stuff.

I can see no harm in putting a simple link on you're website?

I didn't want to do it unless someone from the site approves. For some reason I could see a law suite in the future for unauthorized solicitation or false information or something.
