I just installed the free developer's version of Adobe ColdFusion but there doesn't seem to any good beginner's tutorial. It would be nice if w3schools could make a basic coldfusion tutorial.

I have offered to write tutorials for w3schools.com, being a ColdFusion developer myself. But without the server technology installed and the absence of the skillset in house, w3schools.com will not be offering ColdFusion tutorials.

I'm not sure if you've gone into the ColdFusion section of the forums yet, but I've listed a ton of resources that should help. If there is anything you need specific help on, please let me know. If I ever find the time, I've laid out some ideas on how I can leverage the forum to present/link to CF tutorials I build.
