Is it possible for you to enable arrow keys navigation in all the pages in W3S ?

It is really frustraiting when you want to scroll down rapidly to take the mouse when usually is more practical with keyboard up & down keys.

Arrow keys are working just fine for me. You might need to check your browser settings or something.
