  1. looks good. at a glance I do notice that the header is a bit large. an 800x600 user might be a bit more annoyed. also when you referance mozilla and firefox, maybe you should provide the viewer with links to mozilla.com or more information? just a thought. really great design. I'm impressed.

    Where are you?

it's good to be precaucious, guys, especially for younger people. But, being 17 i do feel quite invincible so, throwing caution to the wind, i've submitted myself to the frappr, and you can find me in Canton, GA, USA.
  3. wow I really would have thought that the two sites would be working closely with each other. I mean, i thoght w3c was the organization, and w3cschools was the organization's education site.Well, even knowing this, I will get try for my HTML Certification. No one in the world can deny the fact that it comes from W3Schools and that they have the best html education guides around. Plus, I'm sure that the US$59 is used well.
  4. Hey guys. My name is Matthew Poer, i'm 17, and I dig web development and open-source gnu/linux stuff. I'm married and my daughter Kayleigh is 3 months old. You can find some of my work at http://www.matthewlovespaula.com, http://www.ichyware.net, and http://www.fix-computer.tk. I'm going after my HTML Cert as soon as I can scrape together the money. I hope these forums are filled with standards-passionate web developers like myself that I can give and take advice with. I'm sure I'll enjoy getting to know you guys
  5. I feel bad for this being my first post... but this is a good point. I wrote an article a while ago about *major web sites not validating*. One person who responded mentioned that W3Schools.com and various areas of W3C web sites don't even validate. He was right, too. How horrible is that? I blasted Macromedia.com, maker of the all-hailed web development application Dreamweaver, for not being valid. But W3C can't even keep it up? It's no wonder that FIrefox and other minor browsers are trying to make their own codes, now.
