never use frames

the blue line below the menu is out of sync with the rest of the website, the transition from purple to blue is too much

use a free hosting thingy to just point people to the site, than uploading files, few will go through the task

are those frames, ditch them for more user friendly html/css div/span

ditch the welcome screen, otherwise nice wesite although design is kinda of in your face
