    style not applied?

    this is what i have in css file: 

    li:not(:last-child) {
	margin-bottom: 55px;
}

dt {
	color: red;
	font-weight: bold
}

    when i remove the <li> rule, <dt> rule works.

    the css isn't applied to <dt> elements, any idea why?
