  1. Skemcin, greetings,Right now I am looking at Adobe pdf version 7 and its form maker. But more than likely I am going to have to learn something but that is just the way life is at times.Richard
  2. Skemcin, greetings,I fully realize that to you this sounds like fun and that one is unduly complicating things--but when you must start at ground zero--It is not quite the same.I do have a problem though with this particular approach--not everyone has cookies enabled. If I could find away around that then I am left with the same problem--learning a program in order to use it.If I am going to do that I can only choose one. Thanks though for your interestRichard
  3. Paim, salutationsyou saidIf you're doing what I think you are..which I doubt, is to get people to fill it in then you can print it off?If so, PHP will be your friend. Thanks I was thinking perl or cgi since I can see this done with calanders/ either way I am going to have to learn it.We need to have the houseparents fill out the form on line on a daily basis so our office can see what problems if any we are facing. Then each week other staff need to be able to download this and even be able to print it. It also needs to be so that "others" with a need to know can also access the data.Either way, working with a form of this size is going to be a pain.AGain thanks
