so it right now i don;t really get what you mean... and you know why the centre show up on top of the footer suppose to show up between the left and bar side bar.. ( when my IE window go smaller) />>

The DOCTYPE comes FIRST, then the HTML, then the HEAD, then all the things inside the HEAD, which includes the TITLE and META tags, then ONE BODY. You still have the title and metas outside your head, and two html and body tags, one html being inside another body. Try validating it to see what happens.

um.. idk i just copy the flash that ... it show.. and can you answer this qusetion first ? so it right now i don;t really get what you mean... and you know why the centre show up on top of the footer suppose to show up between the left and bar side bar.. ( when my IE window go smaller) />> i go post other thead in the Web Services
