I don't think there is any way to convert it without one unless you can get the frames from the original piece into the flash frames and then export it as a movie. I don't think you can do that though. Also, you can find converters all over the place for free or you can get free 30 day trials. Also, I would suggest you go to flashkit.com and try some of those tutorials and forums, since it is an entirely flash oriented site. What version of Flash are you using? 8 or MX 2004 maybe? Thanks for the link, I'll see what they have to say. It must be something simple. My flash teacher said file-->import-->to library and that's it.
