VB Script in Form OnChange event handler

I've put Javascript statements in the Forms OnChange event to trigger them when this event occurs. I wan't to know can I trigger VB Script Sub Procedures the same way with the Forms onChange event? For example I wan't to Filter a Recordset based on dropdowns list selection without submitting the form. Can this be done, without sending the request to the server?Thanx
