Guest Kninnug
I've searched a while but couldn't find a good XMPP tutorial anywhere, the specification is on xmpp.org. But it's completely in XML-Schema, which may be human-readable, but not human friendly. If anyone is interested in working his way through the .xsd files, or knows a lot about XMPP already, maybe they could make a tutorial on W3Schools. It would fit nice with all the other XML tutorials
boen_robot
XMPP is not a W3C standard, and this is the number one reason why you should not expect a tutorial for it. If W3Schools started doing tutorials on all XML languages out there, their home page will become 10 times its current size. The XMPP Core RFC declares all elements in a more human readable fashion... if you consider XMPP implementers humans that is .XMPP seems to be intended as a language for editors to generate on the fly (ala SOAP and WSDL), not for humans to manually tweak and preview (ala XHTML and SVG), possibly with WYSIWYG editors. Therefore, a tutorial on it seems like an overkill.
