Fmdpa Posted September 3, 2010 Share Posted September 3, 2010 How do you make WAMP Server web accessible? I tried clicking the icon on the system tray, selecting "Put Online". Once the icon showed that it was online, I entered http://my.ip.address into the address bar on Firefox. But Firefox gave me a "server not found" error. What am I missing? Synook Posted September 3, 2010 Share Posted September 3, 2010 If your server is behind a router, youedited will need to forward port 80 (so that incoming requests know where to go). Also, some ISPs block port 80, inedited which case you'll need to use a different one.Were you tryingedited your public or private IP address?
