forbidden, Additionally, a 404 Not Found error on my page

Hi,I purchased a website template and now I'm trying to get it working on a webhost. I know a little HTML but Im just learning all of this webhost stuff. I put all the files and folders (including index.php) in the public html directory, and I must be on the right track because now when I go the site, instead of seeing the webhosts default page I now see: ForbiddenYou don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.Apache mod_fcgid/2.3.5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at <address>******What has to be fixed so that I do have permission? Also, what is the 404 error about?Thanks

You'll want to contact your host about this, assuming that the server supports PHP there shouldn't be a problem with executing a certain PHP file.
