Play buttons

Hi,I'm soooo new to Flash and I know I've got some very simple questions.Firstly, a recommendation as to where I can find reference for Action Scripts? (Should save me asking too many questions.)I want to add playing buttons. If I have a fast forward button to forward to a specific frame, will I need a new button for each section of the movie?Also, I want a Pause button that switches to a Play button when pressed. Do I use the Normal and Hit states? If I do, how do I then switch these over for the Play button?Okay, really simple. Thanks.Mark.
