Try this code for file upload

View File

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
    <title></title>
</head>
<body>
    <form id="form1" runat="server">
        <div>
            <p>Upload File</p>
            <asp:FileUpload ID="FileUpload" runat="server" />
        </div>
        <p>
            <asp:Button ID="ButtonUpload" runat="server" Text="Upload File" OnClick="Button_Click" />
        </p>
    </form>
    <p>
        <asp:Label runat="server" ID="FileUploadStatus"></asp:Label>
    </p>
</body>
</html>
