you needed the comma between the color and the image

The logo image link is correct BUT! IF you enter the images folder link in address bar and click logo gif image you will find it does not open it just shows alt text, which tells me that it is corrupted.

That only works because the syntax for multiple background images uses a comma. Browsers that don't support multiple background images will not work with that syntax.
