Implementing parts on a booking form

Hello and good day 🙂

First: Thank you very much for this wonderful website. In the past years, w3school helped me a lot!
 

At the moment, I work on a internationel Filmfestival called shnit. They have a very bad situation and 
i hope, someone out there can help me a little. The Budget: I will send you Swiss chocolat as much as you 
want 😄 The thing is, its a non profit organization. Everything is "paid" by the swiss gouverment and money
is nothing to talk about in the actual state 😞 So I hope someone out there wants to have swiss chocolat 
from me, just to say thank you 😄

So my question is, how can I do this?

Is anyone out there who can help me with this Issue?
