For instance, yourwebsite.com/wordDoc.docWhere, the address will vary based on its location on the server.Now when people go here, they will have to click the browser's back button to return to the site that led them there as is this will not be an actual web page but rather the document itself, much like when you open a PDF on a website.Hope that helps.
