sreed01 Posted February 17, 2006 Share Posted February 17, 2006 I've discovered that the menu pop-ups I created using fireworks aren't aligning properly on monitors with screen size above 1024 x 768. They appear shifted over quite a bit, as though they are in a fixed position and not able to adjust according to higher monitor settings. scott100 Posted February 17, 2006 Share Posted February 17, 2006 It could have something to do with the widths being set like this width="748" , to cope with resolution changes you normaly use % to use available screen width ie <table width="75%">Have you uploaded this page to a website yet, a link to it would be helpful? I'm pretty sure at this point that the problem is in the last code I attached, perhaps the absolute vs. relative? scott100 Posted February 20, 2006 Share Posted February 20, 2006 Your problem is that you are centering the page for different resolutions but using a absolutely position menu.The fastest solution i can offer is for you to remove the <center> tags from your page. I still have a slight issue with the overall menu graphic header is now aligned left instead of centered on the page, but that's something I'll tackle later.
