  1. Thanks guys, I will try the above suggestions and will post the results.
  2. I found the culprit, see this code - if (strpos($HTTP_USER_AGENT, 'Firefox') || strpos($HTTP_USER_AGENT, 'MSIE') || strpos($HTTP_USER_AGENT, 'Safari')){ $flag = 1;}if($flag==1){header("Content-type: text/html");}else {header("Content-type: application/vnd.wap.xhtml+xml");} when i remove this code from the top of that php page, the javascripts work absolutely fine, but with this code added they dont work! they worked in html pages because that page dint have the above code.what above code does is catch the useragent and changes teh content type accordingly.(my site is basically a mobile site

  6. Hello,i just need a small help, regarding the calling of a JS from a remote location, instead of the same domain. When i put the JS in my site's own directory and use this code <script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript" src="/directory1/directory2/javascript.js"></script> , it works absolutely fine. But when i upload the JS to some other site (that site is mine too, and i am not using some free hosting sites), and use this code - <script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript" src="http://www.myothersite.com/dir1/common.js"></script> , it doesnt work
