To be honest, Generally, frames ###### (just my 2 cents )I'd suggest not using frames, if you can. Frames will soon be outdated and replaced by table designs and table-less designs (CSS). If you wish to really excel in the field of web design; choosing a CSS based path would be my opinion in where to go.

Hmm, different, but It wont be that hard. Few codes here and there. Search on Google for how to do it, I make mmorpg's, well I used to, with a few companies like Gravity, Accalaim. When I needed codes, and I didn't want to ask people cause they would laugh at me, I just searched up codes on Google. If you need me to help you search I could.

To be honest, you better be one genious to learn how to make a online game. Well depends.. it depends on what kind of game (mmorpg, fps, etc...) , how many people can play on it and so on.

Can someone help me get a marquee set up, so I can put affiliate icons scrolling up, not too fast, enough for someone to see it and when you hover over it with your mouse it stops? Any help with be greatly appreciated.
