  1. Both show up in my view source while EasyPHP is running perfectly.
  2. I tried cleaning up the code of the included file sins I presume that was what you mend but still no luck. It actually now sees the box where the items where scrolling in as a broken image link now. With that comes that you where right and the source code shows me the include function instead of hiding it. <script type="text/javascript" src="java.js"></script><script type="text/javascript">function AutoScroll(obj){ $(obj).find("ul:first").animate({ marginTop:"-25px" },500,function(){ $(this).css({marginTop:"0px"}).find("li:first").appendTo(this); });}$(document).rea
  3. Boen Robot, I cutted down the included file like you suggested however it does not seem to change anything. And as far as the second part you mentioned I have no idea what you ment by that.
  4. Both files are in the exact same folder.This is the scroll.php file.<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"><html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" /><title>Untitled Document</title></head><body><style type="text/css">ul,li{margin:0;padding:0}#scrollDiv{width:500px;height:25px;line-height:25px;border:#ccc 1px solid;overflow:hidden}#scrollDiv li{height:25px;padding-left:10px;}</style&
  5. I have no idea if it has something to do with HTML or PHP but could someone tell me why the include function is not working here. The file is stored as a .php. <div id="header"><table border="0" width="100%"><tr><td width="50%"><p><div id="tableleft"><img src="images/new.gif" width="50" height="50"><?php include("scroll.php"); ?></div></p></td><td width="50%"><p><div id="tableright"><a href="index.php">Male</a> | <a href="femindex.php">Female</a> | <a href="male/guestbook.php">Gue
  6. So, what exactly would I need to change in the coding then?
  7. Is there any way then to display it inside a table?
  8. I have the following script however I can't figure out how to set it to 1 row without that there appears a scroll bar. Also it has the problem that it displayes the items 2 times instead of only once... <html><head><title>Mainpage Mag</title><link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="css/general.css" /></head><body><script language="javascript" type="text/javascript">function AraVob() {}var ScreenLine = new AraVob();ScreenLine[1] = "News";ScreenLine[2] = "More news";ScreenLine[3] = "Even more news";ScreenLine[4] = "The news does not stop"

    What specific parts of JavaScript should I read into?
  10. Just a next question on the same file.Within the header div there is an image.I would like that image to be the same size of the container in " width" so that it touches the border of it.I presume this should be done by editing the margin somewhere but I do not have a clue where exactly. I tried several places but haven't been able to find the right one.
  11. Could some one shoot me please.I got it to work. I quoted out part of the code in a wrong way witch messed it up.Thanks people for the help.
  12. Didn't work either. I double checked all folder names just to be sure I made no stupid mistake and in there at least I did not.The images folder is in the same folder as the CSS file is stored.The HTML page is in the "root", the CSS file in a folder in the root called "css" and the image is in a folder within the CSS folder called "images".Image extension and name are both right.
  13. Deirdre's Dad, that didn't help either. I am using Firefox myself for testing version 3.0.9.Possibly the full CSS could help out? /* BUILDING THE PAGE */body { font: 100% Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; background: #FFFFFF; margin: 0; padding: 0; text-align: center; color: #000000; }.Main #container { width: 80%; background: #FFFFFF; margin: 0 auto; border: 1px solid #000000; text-align: left; } .Main #header { background: #FFFFFF; } .Main #leftmenu { float: left; width: 24%; background-image: url('images/back.gif'); background-repeat: repeat; padding: 15px 0;}.Main #mainco

    Guess it went offline in the past 24 hours.It displayed a box in witch new articles on their website where displayed.The box seemed like a vertical marquee automatically scrolling down to the next item in the list after a certain time.
  15. I tried both.The full HTML code is:<html><head><title>Mainpage Mag</title><link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="css/general.css" /></head><body class="Main"><div id="container"> <div id="header"><table width="100%" border="0"><tr><td width="100%"><p class="right">Male | Female | Signout</p></td></tr><tr><td width="100%"><img src="images/background.png" width="100%" height="150px"></td></tr><table><!-- end #header --></div> <div id="leftmenu"
