One thing you could do for this is make a page with just the table and print the whole thing out...thats simple but not as user freindly.

Hmm, this may require some java scripting as it would be very difficult to do in php. If you really need to use php you could try using date functions but to get a random 10 articles is demanding. Too much scripting for me to write at the moment but yes, it is possible and most probably someone on this forum would have some pre made scripts.~alzable

Thanks alot for the info! Basicly I need to get another computer. The reason is I need Zend Optimizer installed on my server but for that I need root access which my host does not give of coarse. I need it to install an IPB forum. This would cost a good deal of money just to install a forum so it is either change hosts or just keep my old v1.3 IPB board.Do you know of any site that sells cheap board hosting for about $50 AUD a year? If you do know of one that has a simmilar price to that id really like to know :)thanks

I am wondering what requirements are needed to make my computer a dedicated server and what it means to do it. Will I still be able to use the computer? Does my computer have to be on all night to keep the site up on the web? And what other requirements are there?Thanks,alzable

I totally agree, posting to be the "top" is not fair; [a] for kaijim who will need to extend the database size due to a forum filled with spam; for other people who are wanting an answer to a question and find some spam to increase someone's post count instead of an answer;[c] for us moderators who will need to clean up unnessarsary posts to increase post counts.Hopefully that is quite clear and im sure nobody on these forums should have to spam the forums to increase their post count.A while ago someone was trying to make more posts than me because I was top rank. And sure I may not have made as many posts as others' but I have tried to make them more quality and supporting to other members.We could set up a system which awards helpful/useful posts by having some ranks like:~Valued Member~Expert Member...etc etc.Im sure we could talk to kaijim about this.
