  1. Hey. My previous site (lunaris.site88.net) got accidentally deleted and I (of course) had my only backups on my flash drive which got stolen two days prior. SO now I have a personal storesite that is a definite work in progress and I have my store which I am currently designing the pages for. I just have a few questions for everyone who replies:1: What browser do you use and does the site go wonky in it?2: Do you like the color scheme and/or do you have any suggestions as to that area?3: Do you have any suggestions in general? That is all for now, and thank you VERY MUCH. Here it is...Updated: 7/25/08

Thanks, man. When I asked how to actually make a scrollbox a while back, I only copied the CSS code for it. I couldn't remember whether to use a div tag or not.

Would I use the DIV tag for a scrollbox?
  4. Hokay! Now it's got a new font/color/template scheme-a-majigger. It has Decayed as the template, red and grey and white for fonts, and comic sans for the font. (I think that's right...) Anywho, tell me what you think now! Haha!
  5. I changed the template because the moon one kept on glitching and freezing my computers at school. I got in some deep ****... So now it's the Old Forest template. I'm gonna have to redo the store anyways since none of the buy now buttons even worked... But I really like the new template. It flows beter and doesn't look so ominous...
  6. Hmm... I fixed the clan Lunaris title at the top, and I really couldn't think of anything to type on the pages, so I just put the basics...
  7. I have been using dream weaver, but the show code thing doesn't work. It only shows the design, so I can't go look at how to make a rollover. Can you explain or give a link to a tutorial on how to make a rollover pic?
  8. Here it is.Please tell me what you think. And yes, it IS a template...
  9. Thanks. I usually have a hard time rereading my script because I have slight dyslexia.
  10. Nice forum. I would recommend using a different color scheme than W3forums, and I agree, Ninjas DO pwn Pirates.
  11. I just revamped my homepage, and the friggin hovermenu isn't cooperating... Help please? #wrapper {.hovermenu{list-style: none;display: inline;}.hovermenu {{padding: 2px 2.0em;text-decoration: line-through;float: left;color: #70DBDB;background-color: #000000;border: 0px solid #;}.hovermenu a:hover{background-color: #008080;border-style: outset;}.hovermenu a:active{border-style: inset;}
  12. Modified again! I even fixed the passpage. So far I've only revamped the main page, I want to see what people think of it before I do the same with the rest of the pages.
  13. Thanks much very, that did it.
  14. I know what to call the script, I just don't know how to make it...
  15. [sOLVED]How would I create an email form that doesn't use java or the mailto thing? Because mailto uses outlook. I'd like to send an order form straight to my email, but I don't know how to do that.Here's my order form: <html><head><title>Order</title><style type="text/css">body { background: #008080; background-image: url (images/GaaraSpriteTiny.gif); background-position: top left; background-repeat: repeat-y; font-family: Andale Mono, serif; font size: 14pt; font-color:#70DBDB; margin: 20px; }table { border: thin dotted #32CD32; padding: 15px; } th { text-align: right; vertical-align: top; padding-right: 10px; padding-top: 5px; } td { vertical-align: top; padding-bottom: 15px; } table table { border: none; padding: 0px; } table table td { text-align: right; padding-bottom: 0px; } p { color: #000000; border-style: dashed; border-color: #00FF00; text-indent: 2em; font-family: sans-serif; border-width: 2px; margin: 5px; } #list { height: 350px; width: 600px; overflow: auto; } #privpol { color: #00FF00; font-family: serif; background: #000000; } #deliver { background: #FFFFFF url (images/KPic.bmp) top left; background repeat: none; } </style> <body> [color="#00FF00"]<form action="processorder.php" method="POST">[/color] <table> <tr> <th>Choose your preferred artist:</th> <td> <br><select name="artist"> <option value="keturah">Keturah</option> <option value="keaira">Keaira</option> <option value="rose">Rosetta</option> </select> </td> </tr> <tr> <th>Coloring options:</th> <td> <input type="radio" name="color" value="bw" /> Black and White <input type="radio" name="color" value="mono" /> Monochrome(if yes, please provide color in comments form.) <input type="radio" name="color" value="full" /> Full color </td> </tr> <tr> <th>Name/Description/link of character(s)</th> <td><textarea name="chardes" rows="10" cols="50"></textarea> </td> </tr> <tr> <th>Timezone and date</th> <td><textarea name="datetime" rows="10" cols="50"></textarea> </td> </tr> <tr> <th>Comments</th> <td><textarea name="comments" rows="10" cols="50"></textarea> <br><br> <input type="submit" value="Order Now"> </td> </tr> </table> </form></body></html>
  16. [sOLVED] <style type="text/css">h2 { font-family:sans-serif; color: #008080; text-decoration: blink;}p { color:#70DBDB; border-style: double; border-color: #00FFFF; text-indent: 3em; font-family:Andale Mono, serif; border-width: 4px; padding: 25px; margin: 10px;}p #intro { margin: 15px; text-decoration: overline; #pic { margin: 0px; padding: 0px; color: #32CD32; #member { text-decoration: blink;}ul #announcements { list-style-type: square; color: #000000; background-color:#008080; padding: 25px; margin: 30px 30px;}{.hovermenu{list-style: none;display: inline;}.hovermenu{padding: 2px 2.0em;text-decoration: line-through;float: left;color: #70DBDB;background-color: #000000;border: 0px solid #;}.hovermenu a:hover{background-color: #008080;border-style: outset;}.hovermenu a:active{border-style: inset;}</style> There appears to be a problem with this code. It works on index, but even with the unnessecary parts edited out (because I don't have the same paragraphs on every page) I can't seem to get it to work on any other page.
  17. I modified it once again.See above post for link cuz I'm lazy right now.
  18. I modified my site. Check it out.
  19. [sOLVED]I have a site where people are able to order art, but I would like the order form to be emailed to me, and say, "Thank you, your order has been placed." But I don't know how to create a mailto form that doesn't use Outlook. I don't want to use outlook forms because I'm the only person I know who HAS outlook. I'm guessing most of the population in my age range is the same. Teens are my target audience.
  20. Nevermind! I found the script. Google is wonderful. So please dismiss this topic. Check it out and tell me what you think:Go here
  21. You could always make one really long page with "Back To Top" buttons and have each picture or just a few pictures from that section on the page. By the way, those are really good pictures
  22. Ok, this site gave me some code to password protect a page, and I don't know what to do with it though... the instructions the site gave were really confusing..._______________________________________This goes in the top of the actual page I think. </head><script LANGUAGE="JavaScript" SRC="http://www.kkgaara.890m.com/password.js"></SCRIPT><body> Or does this? <!--//// Password Protection//// This code is free to be used as long as these// credits are left intact and included with the script://// Original code created by:// S.
