I am creating my first website and I need a little bit of help, I have created my navigation bar and i want to put content underneath the nav bar no matter what I try there is a gap between my nav bar and the section underneath i need to make the white and blue to touch Many thanks Kieran

I am looking for some help if anyone could please. I am creating a fully html and css navigation bar I am no expert in html or css just a hobbyist.
