I am currently working on a site, utilizing w3 for responsiveness.  I am playing with the animate class, eg w3-animate-top.  The issue I am having is that the animation fires as soon as the page loads, whereas I would like it to fire as that element scolls into view (Animate on Scroll).  I've looked and looked, but I can't see if there is something I am missing?  Any advice would be greatly appreciated 🙂
