I thought this might be the case unfortunately i dont have the access to do that at work

Hi all so been trying to get https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_html_include.asp to work on my site (its an offline site using local files at the moment) but it does not seem to be working any advise? Im using IE11 as a browser (work restrictions)
