I am developing am XML file and an associated XSD schema. After I made some recent changes, the validator can't find the XSD file. I'm getting this error:
I've tried various ways of referring to the XSD file, but nothing seems to work. This is using the validator in the XML Plugin for Notepad++, but other validators seem to give similar results. What am I doing wrong?
